A leading immigration law firm is seeking a Business Immigration Consultant on a long-term contract (or contract-to-hire) basis. This role will handle employment-based immigration matters, including case intake, reviewing documentation, preparing petitions and applications, drafting support letters, communicating with clients and foreign nationals, and monitoring cases through the immigration process.
This position offers a hybrid onsite/remote schedule in Phoenix.
