We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a full-time, 1-year temporary assignment in Parsippany, NJ. This on-site role is ideal for an organized and creative marketing professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who enjoys supporting brand initiatives, coordinating projects, creating marketing assets, and assisting with events.
The Marketing Coordinator will work in a collaborative marketing environment with exposure to product launches, social media, graphic design, vendor coordination, trade shows, and asset production. This is a strong opportunity to build hands-on marketing experience, contribute to visible campaigns, and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced advertising and PR services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the marketing calendar, track project timelines, and coordinate go-to-market deliverables for product launches and campaigns.
- Support social media content creation and management for platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, including engagement tracking and keyword strategy support.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to support marketing projects, events, and promotional initiatives.
- Assist with trade show planning, booth setup, display product shipments, and post-event logistics.
- Create digital and print marketing assets, including brochures, posters, banners, online media, packaging, and other collateral while following brand guidelines.
- Manage camera and product sample inventory, fulfill media and PR loan requests, and support shipping logistics for review units.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and product launch deliverables.
- Create and coordinate digital, print, social media, and event marketing materials.
- Manage vendor communication, sample inventory, trade show logistics, and shipping coordination.
- Support photography production, promotional campaigns, and internal marketing communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of marketing, communications, graphic design, or related professional experience preferred for this level.
- Prior experience using graphic design software and a strong understanding of design fundamentals.
- Knowledge of social media marketing platforms and basic project management concepts.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, executives, vendors, and agency partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events and lift or move product samples and display materials as needed.
- Valid driver's license required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting trade shows, events, booth setup, or promotional displays.
- Experience creating marketing collateral for both digital and print channels.
- Familiarity with engagement metrics, online search strategy, or keyword research.
- Interest or experience in photography production, product samples, or camera-related assets.
